Very friendly staff! Room had nice amenities and bed was very comfortable.

The room was well laid out and brand-new with a refrigerator, a sitting area, and a stone fireplace.

Absolutely amazing hotel in a favourable position right next door to a grocery store. Big room, reasonably spacious bathroom...

everything was perfect, good service, marvellous location short walk to a red apple grocery store, and restaurants and shops. the room was both brand-new and quiet with tv, 2 bath, space for the kids to roam around in. an oven, kitchenware, and a countertop were available too. the pool was very clean and the staff was really helpful.

The room was spacious and beautiful. Centrally located. The deck was great.

It is on a very busy street and noisy outside. We had to leave the door to the deck closed.

great location but could use a few upgrades

The pool area was a nice retreat, offering a hot tub that added to the relaxation. The apartment had a fine lake view, perfect for an evening unwind.

The hotel overall felt a bit dated in some areas, which affected our comfort.

Comfortable room, convenient location with a lovely heated pool area, we enjoyed the beautiful views of the surrounding hills while taking advantage of the fitness center and the easy access to outdoor activities just across the street.

We stayed for 2 nights in a one-bedroom apartment and loved the heated pool and cozy vibe! The multiple TVs made movie nights so much fun, just like the board games we found. The photos matched the décor, and I’d come back for sure!

Great location but let down by service

They messed up our room arrangements and didn't really engage to fix it. Loved the hot tub by the pool, though! We made the best of our plans, but it was a hassle not having our stuff when we needed it. Definitely needs better service.

The One-Bedroom Apartment was spacious and had a well-stocked kitchen, made cooking easy. The beds were comfy, and everything was clean. The air conditioning worked well, but it could get a bit noisy from the nearby street if you left the windows open. It was a solid space for our family stay.

Just a top selection for a weekend pause in Chelan with great value. The maintenance guy really were great fixing our pull-out bed. Parking can be tricky for larger vehicles.
