The room was well laid out and brand-new with a refrigerator, a sitting area, and a stone fireplace.

The hotel is amazing with beautiful views of the lake. the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are brand-new and a nice size. - the staff interactions are very amiable. - the location is particularly good, close to various restaurants, downtown Chelan, Lakeside Park, boat launch.

everything was perfect, good service, marvellous location short walk to a red apple grocery store, and restaurants and shops. the room was both brand-new and quiet with tv, 2 bath, space for the kids to roam around in. an oven, kitchenware, and a countertop were available too. the pool was very clean and the staff was really helpful.

The hotel is amazing with a great swimming area. It is conveniently located near children's activities, Safeway, and Starbucks. the location is particularly good, just a 5-minute walk from a lakeside park.

It is on a very busy street and noisy outside. We had to leave the door to the deck closed.

The location is great, just across the street from Don Morse City Park and a short walk to various attractions and restaurants. It is conveniently close to everything in Chelan, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are nicely appointed with modern appliances and comfortable beds.

The noise from the busy street and surrounding activities can be bothersome, especially if you prefer a peaceful and quiet environment.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and we felt comfortable and at ease during our entire stay. The facilities were top-notch, with a fully equipped kitchen and a cheerful dining room. The location was ideal, just a short walk across the busy highway to the beautiful lake and downtown area. Liked the convenient location near downtown with easy walking access to shops and restaurants. The heated pool was an added bonus and provided indoor entertainment for the kids during the winter. the beautiful views of the surrounding hills covered in snow made the stay even more enjoyable.

Disliked the road noise from the busy street in front of the building, which was somewhat of a disturbance during the stay. some of the furniture and carpets in the room showed signs of wear and tear, although efforts were being made to replace them.
